appointment of Mr. Tino Hildebrand as the new Head of the company’s Digital
Industries (DI) Business effective August 1, 2022.

Digital Industries (DI) of Siemens Korea (Siemens
Ltd. Seoul · SLS) officially opened the Korea Digital Enterprise Experience
Center (KDEXc) on June 29 near Samseong station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Growth opportunities increased in many key markets
for Siemens despite a continuing complex macroeconomic environment influenced
by war in Ukraine, economic sanctions on Russia, and the effects associated
with the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
On April 29,
Siemens Korea held an opening ceremony on D-Tower 10th floor to celebrate the
successful office relocation with participation of SLS Management, Management
from Businesses, and Support Function Heads. Starting with the welcoming
remarks from Mr. HaJoong Chung, President & CEO, and Mr. Frank Zimmermann,
Senior Executive Vice President & CFO, the event was followed by a tape
cutting ceremony. After a group photo, an office tour guided by Siemens Real
Estate (SRE) was held.
On March 29, a donation delivery ceremony was held
at Korean Red Cross Seoul Office with participation of HaJoong Chung, President
and CEO of Siemens Korea and SungHo Yoon, Vice President of the Korean Red
Cross for supporting wildfire relief efforts in the eastern coastal areas. A massive wildfire which started on March 4 from the eastern coastal town of Uljin and spread to areas in Gangwon Province was finally extinguished after 9 days, becoming the country's most devastating fire on record. It is estimated that nearly 25,000 hectares were burned leaving thousands of victims displaced from their homes.

delivered KRW 20 million in donations to the Korean Red Cross for supporting relief
efforts in the affected areas
A global powerhouse in electrical engineering and
electronics, Siemens Korea announced on March 29 that the company had donated KRW
20 million to support recovery efforts in the eastern coastal areas affected by
wildfires, including Uljin, Samcheok and Gangneung.
On March 10, a donation delivery ceremony was held at Seodaemun Social Welfare Center with participation of HaJoong Chung, President and CEO of Siemens Korea and MeeRyoung Jung, Head of Seodaemun Community Center, for conducting the ‘Delivery of Daily Necessities’ citizenship program.
