- New product connects Siemens Xcelerator with NVIDIA Omniverse Cloud
APIs to build collaborative, real-time, physically based visualization driven
by generative AI
- At NVIDIA GTC, Siemens and NVIDIA will join with HD Hyundai to
highlight how integrated visualization helps offer greater understanding and
insights
Siemens announced today that it will deepen its collaboration with
NVIDIA to help build the industrial metaverse. Siemens is bringing immersive
visualization powered by new NVIDIA Omniverse Cloud APIs
to the Siemens Xcelerator platform, driving increased use of AI-driven digital
twin technology. At the NVIDIA GTC, Siemens and NVIDIA demonstrated how
generative AI can revolutionize the visualization of complex data, making
photorealism possible, and showcased how sustainable shipbuilder HD Hyundai can
use it to develop new products.
- Siemens and Schaeffler integrate generative AI-powered assistant in a production machine – world premiere at SPS trade show
- Industrial Copilot will optimize engineering and support operations – and it’s easy, fast and efficient
- Industrial Copilot is key to addressing the qualified workforce shortage
Technology company Siemens
is harnessing the power of generative artificial intelligence (AI) to help
industrial companies drive innovation and efficiency across the design,
engineering, manufacturing and operational lifecycle of products. At the Smart
Production Solutions (SPS) trade show in Nuremberg, Siemens and the motion
technology company Schaeffler are showcasing a production machine that is augmented
with the Industrial Copilot for the first time. The two companies are demonstrating
how the Industrial Copilot can augment Siemens’ industrial automation
engineering and operation solutions.
- Workstation provides with software-defined automation unprecedented control over factory automation and security
- At Automate 2024, Siemens highlights how co-creator Ford Motor Company will be the first customer to deploy and scale this technology in its manufacturing operations
Siemens, a leading
technology company, today announced a breakthrough in the longstanding
challenge of closely managing numerous hardware control points throughout the
factory. The solution is the new Siemens Simatic Automation
Workstation, which allows manufacturers to replace a hardware PLC, a
conventional HMI and an edge device with a single, software-based workstation.
This ushers in Internet Technology (IT) workflows to Operational Technology
(OT) environments.
We will release our second quarter results for fiscal year 2024. The Press Conference Call and the Analyst Call will be broadcast live.
