announced that Daimler Truck has adopted Siemens’ Simcenter™ STAR-CCM+™ software to develop next-generation, CO2-neutral
vehicles. Simcenter, part of Siemens’ Xcelerator portfolio, will provide
Daimler Truck with the leading-edge computational fluid dynamics (CFD) solution
it needs to transform its CAE development process to a full digital twin-driven
multiphysics environment.

Siemens has reached
an agreement to sell the mail and parcel business of Siemens Logistics GmbH to
the Körber Group. With this transaction, approved by the Managing and
Supervisory Boards of Siemens AG, Siemens is further implementing the rigorous
sharpening of its portfolio as a focused technology company. The purchase price
totals €1.15 billion (enterprise value). Closing is expected in the course of
the current calendar year, subject to regulatory approvals. Körber is a
world-leading technology company whose Business Area Supply Chain has grown
successfully in recent years, making the company a long-term, strategic new
owner for the mail and parcel business.

Siemens AG has signed an agreement to sell
its 50 percent stake in the Valeo Siemens e-Automotive (VSeA) joint venture to
Valeo. The positive profit impact of around 300 million Euros will be recorded

"Comos Mobile
Worker" is a new software application for mobile data management with
integrated augmented reality functionalities from Siemens. It was developed in
cooperation with Augmensys GmbH, a specialist in the field of mobile data
management / augmented reality. For the fast and safe maintenance of process
plants, the Comos Mobile Worker app visualizes and processes all required data,
e.g. from ERP systems, engineering data and also live data from the process
control system in an easy-to-use interface.

Siemens and LG Energy Solution (LGES), a leading global battery manufacturer signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to increase cooperation in the field of battery manufacturing, particularly the digitization of production process.
