Siemens has extended its machine-oriented Sinumerik Edge to include new applications. At EMO 2019, Siemens is presenting the Analyze MyWorkpiece /Vision Edge application. The software is based on artificial intelligence and detects whether the right workpiece is in the correct position.

A particular highlight this year is a new development in the field of our Sinumerik controls. We therefore looked forward to presenting you with our latest innovations at an international press conference ahead of the EMO 2019. The press conference took place on Tuesday, May 14, and Wednesday, May 15.
