At the constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board, Jim Hagemann Snabe was elected to succeed Gerhard Cromme as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Gerhard Cromme’s term of office expires at the end of the 2018 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. A member of the Supervisory Board for 15 years, he was its Chairman for 11 years.
