Siemens to acquire ESTEQ to acceleratedigitalization for customers in Southern Africa

The parties have agreed not to disclose any details of thetransaction. The Test and Measurement business which formed part of the ESTEQGroup is not part of the transaction and will continue as a separate and independent business.
