UAE Minister of Energy tours Siemens turbine manufacturing center in Berlin, Germany

His Excellency Eng. Suhail Mohamed Faraj Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy, UAE leads a delegation to visit the Siemens turbine factory in Berlin, Germany, last weekend. Receiving him was Dietmar Siersdorfer, CEO, Siemens Middle East and UAE, and a high ranking delegation from Siemens Middle East and Siemens AG.
Efficient Siemens turbine technology powers approximately 37 per cent of the UAE’s installed electricity capacity. The two gas turbines for the recently-signed Jebel Ali M-Station Power Plant extension in Dubai will also be manufactured at the Berlin factory.
