Siemens LLC Oman Earns ISO Certifications

Reflecting its ongoing commitment to serve its customers in Oman to the highest standards, Siemens LLC Oman recently received certification in three ISO management standards: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO 14001:2015
for environmental management, and the newly launched ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety. The certificate was presented to the company following an audit conducted by the independent registrar; Bureau Veritas certification. With this award, Siemens LLC Oman has become the first company in Oman to be certified under the new ISO 45001:2018 standard.
"We are delighted to receive ISO certification in these three critical areas of our operations. This accomplishment reflects our commitment to quality on behalf of our customers, our ongoing stewardship of the environment, and our essential concern for employees and contractors, said Claudia Massei, CEO of Siemens in Oman. “Our clear focus on excellence in all of our activities not only helps our customers to succeed and the communities in which we operate to thrive, but it also contributes to our growth as a company.”

An important accomplishment for any company, ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates that companies are able to steadily deliver consistent, good quality products and services to their customers.
ISO 14001:2015 certification provides assurance to company management, employees, customers and other stakeholders that the company’s environmental impact is being measured and improved. Siemens Oman has also received the ISO 9001:2015 certification earlier.
ISO 45001 provides a certification framework to help companies improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks and create better, safer working conditions.
