Siemens highlights importance of diversity at “How Women Work” Fringe Event in Doha

Siemens WLL Qatar focuses on diversity through a range of initiatives from graduate recruitment, collaboration with universities, as well as a focus on increasing the company’s nationality mix and reaching a target of a female workforce of 20 percent by 2020 – effectively doubling the current rate.
