[Global News] Siemens acquires Mendix, extending industry leading digital innovation platform

After the acquisition, Mendix will continue building on its heritage of openness and extensibility, including its partner ecosystem. Through acquisition, Siemens is accelerating investments and growth in Mendix’s organic business and verticals, fueling faster go-to-market expansion. Moreover, Siemens is now creating SaaS solutions and extensions, leveraging joint Siemens and Mendix ecosystems and partnerships. Through the combination of Siemens’ Digital Enterprise Software, MindSphere and Mendix, Siemens is extending industry leading digital innovation platform.
