Siemens holds Blood Donation Drive for childhood cancer patients

On January 24, Siemens Ltd. Seoul(SLS) and Siemens Healthineers held a voluntary blood donation with ChungAng University Hospital at its headquarters, located at Poongsan Building. Around 60 employees working in the Poongsan Building, including SLS, Siemens Healthineers, Poongsan Corporations and Lee International IP & Law Group, participated in the blood donation drive in order to help those in urgent need of blood and revive the importance of life.
Over the past 4 years, about 320 people have participated in the blood donation drive. The ceremony for donating the certificates to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation (KPCF) was held at the end of the event, with participation of Dr. JongKap Kim, Chairman & CEO of SLS, Mr. MyungKyun Lee, President & Country Lead of Siemens Healthineers and Paul Lee, Head of Social Contribution at KPCF. The donated certificates will be donated to KPCF and used for treating childhood cancer patients suffering from blood supply shortage.
