Siemens Mobility signs contract for ‘Supply of Signaling System for Geomdan Extension Line of Incheon Metro Line 1’
Siemens Mobility (SMO) has been awarded a
contract in January to supply signal system for Geomdan
Extension Line of Incheon Metro Line 1 in accordance with a contract for the
production, purchase and installation of signal system equipment for Geomdan
Extension Line of Incheon Metro Line 1 which STraffic won
from the Incheon Metropolitan City Urban Railway Construction Department in
December 2022.
Siemens Mobility will provide automatic
train control system LZB 700M, electronic interlocking system SICAS ECC, track circuit TCM100 and onboard control unit for
1 new trains to be operated on Geomdan extension line.
Siemens Mobility, integrated with
excellent product and technology, is committed to execute this project
successfully just like SMO has completed the project to supply signal system
for Songdo Extension Line of Incheon Metro Line 1 in 2020.
