Siemens has officially acquired Russelectric, a leading U.S. manufacturer of power control systems. Siemens now fully owns Russelectric, which will operate as ‘Russelectric, A Siemens Business’. The acquisition also means that Russelectric’s approximately 400 employees across its headquarters and manufacturing facility and manufacturing and training hub will be join LP’s 2,500 manufacturing and R&D employees. These combined efforts will make Siemens able to fulfill needs across critical markets like data centers, public infrastructure, and healthcare.
