DF/PD in Korea receives “Business Award” at Hannover Messe 2018

Digital Factory and Process Industries & Drives Division (DF/PD) of Siemens Ltd. Soul (SLS) was awarded with the “Business Award” on April 24 at Hannover Messe 2018 in Hanover, Germany, an award granted to the region which has led best business impact. Large Drives Business Unit (LD BU) of DF/PD in Korea has been acknowledged for supporting ‘Seotek’, a solution partner, with the greatest efforts by providing opportunity to participate in the ‘Large Drive Partners Academy ASIA 2017’ in order to enhance their technical skills. Such efforts and great collaboration made great business impact to win the existing business opportunities for ‘Seotek’.

Moreover, Dieter Schletterer, Vice President of DF/PD at SLS presented the Business Award to Mr. Lee JuYeob, Sales Specialist, and Mr. Shin KiBong, Sales Representative, on behalf of Mr. Klaus Helmrich, Member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG, and Dr. Jurgen Brandes, CEO of Process Industries and Drives Division of Siemens AG, on May 14. This award being for the first time presented to a region outside of Germany adds high meaning and importance to Korea. Mr. Schletterer stated, “This is the perfect example on collaboration among sales, BU and HQ for achieving the ultimate goal to win the order by finding right opportunities such as in fairs, and thus making good use of the relevant tools.“
