BT held solution seminar in ‘Siemens Digital Innovation’

Building Technologies Division (BT) of Siemens Ltd. Seoul (SLS) held solution seminar in ‘Siemens Digital Innovation’ at Poongsan building on May 17, in order to promote and demonstrate core solutions of BT to the 8 key customers including Hyundai Motor, Hyundai E&C and Hyundai AutoEver. The seminar started with brief introduction of SLS and main solutions of BT, followed by demonstrations in SDI, where Monir Kabiri, Head of Enterprise Security at Siemens Middle East / Asia (MA) installed Siveillance Viewpoint Demo Kit and introduced its functions to customers.

Also, Desigo CC was installed and explained by Phil Scarrott from Siemens MA. The presentation was focused on ‘Siveillance Viewpoint’, a physical security information management solution, ‘Desigo CC Mass Notification System’, an integrated emergency management system, and ‘Desigo CC Indoor Positioning System’, a location based service. Moreover, Mr. Taemo Bae, Executive Managing director of Digital Factory Division, attended the seminar and gave additional explanation about applicable solutions to the customer’s buildings. BT is encouraging its employees to actively invite customers and promote solution demo with SDI. “Utilizing the demonstration in SDI is a very intuitive and effective way to promote our solution and system. I strongly encourage employees to take advantage of SDI”, said Mr. Frank Zimmermann, Country Division Controller of BT at SLS.
