on the agreement on June 2023, Siemens K.K. (Siemens K.K., Tokyo,
President and CEO: Kuni Horita, hereinafter referred to as Siemens) and HIRANO
TECSEED Co., Ltd. (HIRANO TECSEED Co., Ltd., Nara Prefecture, President and
Representative Director: Kaoru Okada, hereinafter referred to as HIRANO
TECSEED) held a meeting at HIRANO TECSEED’s headquarter on August 3rd
2023 to discuss about the further cooperative work toward the digital
transformation of the battery industry, which is growing rapidly globally.

creation.
