The Orders from the Hon'ble High Courts of Mumbai and Gujarat sanctioning the amalgamation of the SHDL with Siemens Ltd. have been received on January 28, 2011 and March 1, 2011, respectively. Both the companies have filed a certified copy of the respective Orders of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Hon'ble Gujarat High Court with the concerned Registrars of Companies on March 14, 2011.
