Order worth Rs. 52 crores for state-of-the-art Distributed Control System in Kahalgaon, Bihar.
Siemens Limited announced that it has won a prestigious order from NTPC Ltd. for approximately Rs. 52 crores. The order is for supply of state-of-the-art Distributed Control System (DCS) for its 4x210 MW power plant located in Bhagalpur, Bihar. The scope of the project includes the supply, erection and commissioning of Control and Instrumentation for the complete power plant.

Siemens Limited has also been responsible for the supply and erection packages electrical equipment supply and erection package for three of NTPC’s super thermal power projects: 3x660 MW, Super Thermal Power Project at Nabinagar, Bihar; 2x800 MW Super Thermal Power Project Stage-I at Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh; and 2x800 MW, Super Thermal Power Project Stage-I at Lara, Chhattisgarh.
