Dr.
Vasilis Chatzikos is the new Country Head Digital Industries at Siemens S.A.
Siemens S.A. announces
that Dr. Vasilis Chatzikos took over as Country Head Digital Industries, from
February 1, 2021. In his new position, Dr. Chatzikos will focus on promoting
Siemens' innovative technologies and Digital Enterprise portfolio with the
objective of accelerating the digital transformation of industry sectors, in
order to meet the needs of the digital environment of the domestic market. Dr.
Chatzikos succeeds Mr. Konstantin Zois who is leaving the company after 8
years.

With many years of
professional experience in management, sales and marketing positions in the
technology sector in large companies in the country, as well as with
significant academic achievements such as his participation in European
research programs, lectures and articles in international research journals, Dr.
Vasilis Chatzikos joined Siemens S.A. in 2016. He took over the position of
Business Unit Manager in the Electrical Products department and then in the
Motion Control department.
