management systems, as well as for its initiatives for personal growth and

During the pandemic, Siemens Greece supported its people
and strengthened the collective spirit through actions characterized by
consistency and inclusiveness. Digital talks with external guests and experts,
digital meetings with the CEO, Digital Fitness breaks, 24/7 anonymous support
line for employees and their families and the ability to communicate with the company
doctor through videocalls were some of the initiatives that Siemens Greece
focused on during lockdown.
In the Learning & Development category, Siemens Greece
stood out for its “Own Your Career” philosophy that makes each employee
responsible for their development action plan, giving them the opportunity to
work with mentors from its workforce to help them identify the appropriate
tools and programs that will improve their skills.
Finally, regarding the Technology, e-learning &
Integrated HR MIS category, Siemens, as a global technology powerhouse,
facilitates and continuously enriches the daily lives of its people, with
platforms and tools customized to their learning needs. My Learning World is an
e-learning platform, that with the help of AI (Artificial Intelligence),
creates a dynamic training menu that is configured according to the user
profile and includes a vast variety of online trainings, e-books, videos and
articles. Strengthscope is a global online self-assessment tool, which helps employees
identify their strengths.
