Siemens Greece amongst the 10 Best Workplaces of the country for 2021!
"Our
employees are the backbone of our company and our goal is for Siemens to be a
place where employees have the opportunity to innovate, progress and put into
practice what they envision. At Siemens we have a mission - to change the world
and make real what matters. And this is something that starts internally from
our people, within the company. We are therefore very happy for this
recognition and honor", said Mr. Johann Goettler, President and CEO of
Siemens SA.
To
distinguish Siemens Greece amongst the best workplaces in the country, Great
Place to Work® took into account the answers of the company’s employees through
an open questionnaire regarding the work culture of the technology company and
its benefits to all employees.
"The
recognition of our efforts to provide more and more to our people with the help
of technology certainly fills us with joy and makes us feel proud of our work. From
the bottom of our hearts, we thank the people of the company, who allow us to
offer the best technology solutions to our customers with their dedication and
talent ", added Mr. Christos Georgiou, CEO of Siemens Mobility SA.
"Our
distinction in Best Workplaces is a celebration and a unique opportunity for
self-observation and action for us. The results of the survey are essentially a
tool to identify with which additional activities we will be able to strengthen
the elements that make our people stand out", says Irini Koufaki, HR Head of
Siemens Greece. Open-minded people, daydreamers, people who are not afraid of
mistakes, ready to learn, to experiment, who do not stop growing and
innovating. These are the people of Siemens, our Future Makers.
The
Best Workplaces award is given to companies in the Greek market that have not
only received the Great Place to Work® Certification, but have also excelled
amongst other companies with the same distinction. Siemens Greece was
recognized for its exemplar working environment and received the Great Place to
Work® Certification in 2020.
