work environment is a structural element of our corporate culture. Our desire
is to make our people feel like members of the Siemens global ecosystem and to
feel that they are personally contributing to the success of the company while
at the same time evolving themselves on a personal and professional level. This
certification comes as a culmination of our efforts and shows us that we are on

this goal would not be possible without the valuable contribution of employees.
We are able to offer high-tech solutions to our customers thanks to the talent,
