Claudia Guenzi - Head of Smart Infrastructure & Smart Infrastucture Buildings Italy

A graduate in Economics and Business from the Catholic University of Milan, Claudia Guenzi is a dynamic and results-oriented professional, with a proven track record in business growth and developing strong customer relationships. She began her career in product sales and marketing, working at Motorola, Siemens Mobile and BenQ Mobile. Since returning to Siemens in 2005, Claudia has held leadership roles in various areas across corporate functions, the energy sector, energy automation and remote control of electricity distribution networks, with responsibility for the Smart Grid, Digital Grid and Regional Solution and Services business units. This path has allowed her to acquire diverse experience in the fields of consumer electronics, telecommunications, critical infrastructure and buildings. Thanks to her change management skills, she has also successfully led several business transformation projects, improving the agility and resilience of the organizations in which she has operated.

Since October 1, 2024, Claudia has been responsible for the Smart Infrastructure business, as well as the Buildings Business Unit of Siemens S.p.A. She is also a member of the “Special Board of Probiviri” of the ANIE Federation.

Rahul Chillar - Executive Vice President, Software, Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings

Since October 2024 Rahul Chillar is Executive Vice President, Software, at Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings. He and his team focus on scalable digital building platforms to digitalize, manage and optimize building operations, allowing for improved sustainability, increased performance, and higher building value. He joined Siemens in April 2023 as Head of Building X. Prior roles include a Chief Product Officer position at US-based electronics giant Honeywell, where he developed the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) portfolio for buildings. Before that, he worked for many years as Senior Director of Product Management at GE Digital. Rahul Chillar holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, USA.
