Siemens announces update to Chairperson of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
“We wholeheartedly wish Jim Snabe all the
very best for his recovery. The team is preparing together for our annual shareholders’
meeting, now chaired by Werner Brandt”, said Roland Busch, President and CEO of
Siemens AG.
Werner Brandt has been a member of the
supervisory board since January 2018. He is the chairman of the supervisory
board of RWE AG. Siemens will hold its annual shareholders’ meeting virtually
from Munich as planned, with no further changes.
