Siemens' Building Technologies Division will have a new CEO on January 1, 2015. Matthias Rebellius (49) is succeeding Johannes Milde (61), who is resigning as Division CEO at the end of this year. Milde will continue to support the company for some time to come.

Siemens' Building Technologies Division will have a new CEO on January 1, 2015. Matthias Rebellius (49) is succeeding Johannes Milde (61), who is resigning as Division CEO at the end of this year. Milde will continue to support the company for some time to come.

Previously CEO of the Building Technology Division's Fire Safety and Security Business Unit, Rebellius currently heads the Division's Americas Region. "Matthias Rebellius knows the building technologies business extremely well – from both a global and a regional perspective. I'm pleased that we've been able to find an experienced Siemens expert to take over from Johannes Milde. I'd also like to thank Mr. Milde for his outstanding work at Building Technologies. He's led the Division successfully for more than seven years," said Roland Busch, member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG.
