Luca Cavalletto - Head of the Asset Management Department of the Smart Infrastructures Business Unit, a2a Group
Luca Cavalletto, born in 1984, completed his studies at the University of Padua in 2008, earning a Specialist Degree in Electrical Engineering. After a first period as a researcher on topics related to electric mobility powered by hydrogen (fuel cell), in 2009 he began working at the Enel Group, dealing with electricity distribution networks in various areas of northern Italy.Since 2017, he has been part of the a2a Group, where, since 2023, he has been the Head of the Asset Management Department of the Smart Infrastructures Business Unit, a structure with the aim of defining implementation standards, technical specifications, technological development projects, and building training technical programs for the companies present in the business unit. 
Marco Rastelli - Head of Electrification & Automation Smart Infrastructure, Siemens Italy
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Marco Rastelli has over 25 years of experience in complex multinational organizations, where he has developed expertise in various areas, from project management to business strategy management and sales.
He began his career at Alstom Power Italia S.p.a., where he held roles of increasing responsibility over the years, until becoming Director of Thermal Services Project Management for the South East Europe area in 2009.He subsequently moved to Alstom Ferroviaria S.p.a., where he held several high-profile positions, eventually becoming Managing Director of the Systems & Infrastructure business in Italy in 2018, with responsibility for the design and implementation of electrification projects both nationally and internationally.
Having joined Siemens in 2019 as head of the Distribution Systems business, since 2022 he has been leading the Electrification & Automation business unit for Italy, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus, which focuses on developing innovative products and solutions for medium voltage power distribution.
