Stefano Corbella - Sustainability Officer COIMA REM
Chartered Engineer (C.Eng. MCIBSE) in the UK and member of the Advisory Board of the DABC department of Politecnico di Milano, Stefano Corbella is Sustainability Officer of COIMA. He has worked in London and Milan at leading consulting firms, including Hilson Moran and ARUP, contributing to the development of sustainability strategies for urban regeneration projects, including Porta Nuova in Milan, and with many years of experience in the development of decarbonization plans for Real Estate Investment Funds in the United Kingdom and Italy.
In COIMA he contributes to the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues at Corporate and Investment Fund level. He is responsible for developing regulatory ESG reporting (SFDR) and voluntary ESG reporting with the Sustainability Report.
