“Martina
Maier has further enhanced our Compliance Organization over the past few years,
making a significant contribution toward building a strong, exemplary
compliance function that enjoys an excellent reputation around the world. We
are grateful to her and wish her all the best for the future. We are very pleased
that she’ll have a strong and experienced successor out of our own ranks. Annette
