At its Annual Shareholders' Meeting in Munich's Olympiahalle, Siemens marked the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz and Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps with an exhibit of historical documents from its archives.
In the context of its Annual Shareholders' meeting, Siemens presented the Dream Chaser®, a new "space taxi," in the Olympiahalle (Olympic Hall) in Munich, Germany. Designed using Siemens PLM software, this Sierra Nevada Corporation spacecraft is able to land gently on a conventional runway like an airplane.
With the "360° Digitalization Tour", Siemens featured its digitalization portfolio for the areas Future of Manufacturing, Sustainable Energy and Intelligent Infrastructure at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
