Siemens ist mit einem soliden ersten Quartal in das neue Geschaeftsjahr 2014 gestartet. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum legte der Auftragseingang gestuetzt von mehreren Grossauftraegen um zwoelf Prozent zu, waehrend sich der Umsatz nahezu stabil entwickelte. Das Verhaeltnis von Auftragseingang zu Umsatz (Book-to-Bill) lag bei 1,20. Das Ergebnis der Sektoren stieg um 15 Prozent.
