Estonia OÜ and Siemens Osakeyhtiö Estonian Branch have signed a contract for
Low Voltage electrification of MCF Datacenter in Tallinn
The Low Voltage electrification project is
continuation of an earlier contract with Siemens Energy Oy Estonian Branch for
High and Medium Voltage electrification delivery, signed in January 2020. The
design and planning work for the Low Voltage electrification project has
already started. The main transformers have arrived in Estonia in October. The
execution phase starts in December 2020.
The
Siemens Totally Integrated Power (TIP) team has supported MCF for a long period
to plan and build high, efficient, and secured power supply system according to
the high standards of MCF. The contract scope includes engineering and delivery
of Siemens Sivacon S8 Low Voltage Swicthboards, Sivacon 8PS Low Voltage Busbars
and Electrical Power Monitoring System (hardware and software) based on Desigo
CC Software.
