Vaisto and Siemens sign cooperation agreement for accelerating the development of industrial-grade AI solutions
The objective of the cooperation is to create
customer value with industrial AI solutions, from data collection and
structuring to AI model training, implementation, and maintenance. In addition,
the solutions leverage machine vision, synthetic data, and simulation
environments.
The collaboration leverages
the core strengths of both companies. Vaisto
contributes its deep industrial AI and edge
computing expertise to fast-track development and deployment, while Siemens
supplies the edge computing technology alongside its industrial automation
know-how.
"The
AI solutions implemented on Siemens' technology platforms provide customers
with deployment efficiency and scalability. This ensures a long life cycle,
maintainability, and up-to-date security for the solutions, enabling the
continuous development of our industrial customers' competitiveness. Partners
and ecosystem collaboration play a significant role in our growth
strategy," says Ilmari Veijola, Head of Partner Sales at Siemens
Osakeyhtiö's Industry Division.
The
companies have already implemented concrete solutions that generate measurable
added value for Finnish companies, including for example the food industry.
