Siemens has appointed Isabel Chong as the new Head of Digital
Industries for ASEAN, effective 1 February 2022. She succeeds Raimund Klein,
who ended his tenure at Siemens in December 2021.
A dynamic and seasoned veteran of the power and security
industry, Isabel has more than 20 years of senior managerial experiences. Prior
to joining Siemens, she held senior positions and regional roles in various
multinational corporations, where she contributed greatly to the business
growth in their portfolios.
Isabel is a strong proponent of diversity and inclusion and
regularly pushes for conversations and initiatives that encourage diversity and
inclusion at the workplace. She was recognized in the 2021 Singapore 100 Women
in Tech list for her outstanding contribution to and significant influence in Singapore’s
tech industry.

coming from outside, she also brings

In her new role in Siemens, Isabel will be leading the
Digital Industries business in Southeast Asia. Digital Industries is an
innovation leader in Industries automation and digitalization and collaborates
closely with partners and end users to drive automation and digital
transformation across all industries.
